The Complete List Of Male Enhancement Products

The following list of products is constantly being updated so that you can understand our opinion on any given brand. You will find below the names of the most advertised male enhancement or penis enlargement brands in the industry. Some of them can be found on reputable review sites like the one you are on now while others can only be found advertised on shady fly-by-night fake review sites that you should stay clear of.  Some have even been shut down for violating consumer safety regulations  for such things as the “auto billing nightmare” or misleading claims. The list is in alphabetical order.

ActiGain – Used to be the top ranked product on our website from 2003-2006. The formula has since changed as has the ownership of the company. Now manufactured in the USA and in an approved FDA facility, the product will sure enough once again get the recognition it deserves. We are currently waiting for more feedback so that we can rank it accordingly. Full Review

AchieveRx
– This product has been around since 2005. Although the extender device that the company also sells happens to be one of the least expensive devices on the market the quality of the device has not been compromised. The same goes for the supplement. We have recently added AchieveRx to our top 5 rankings. The little red pill that could! Full Review

Ageless Male
– Initially marketed as a Male enhancement supplement it looks like they are now calling it a testosterone booster. They even have managed to get Hulk Hogan on board as a paid celebrity. We are looking into the credentials behind this brand and let you know if we find any in the coming weeks.

Alzare
– One of the first products that forayed into the late night infomercials. Unfortunately the product didn’t work as advertised and the whole thing was a fly by night scam. They are no longer in business.

Axtyle
– Brand New Product. Currently under Review.

Dr. Maxman – Known scam, unauthorized credit card billing , so please avoid this product!

Endowmax
- Xytomax, Xanogen,These products can be found listed on a review site that used to list the same brands that we list but for some reason they have now decided to replace them with new ones that they created themselves & actually own! Customers report unreliable results.

Enduros
– Free trial scam. Stay away from the free trial or free sample product websites as they are nothing more than a ploy to get you hooked into the never ending billing nightmare.

Enhance9
– They claim longer lasting erections, however the key ingredient that promotes enhanced erections “L-arginine” is missing in the ingredients list.

EnhanceRx
– Our #1 ranked male enhancement supplement has held the top spot for the last 6 years due to it’s high quality formula and customer feedback. The best money back guarantee in the industry can not be beat.  Full Review

Enzyte
 -  The Free trial multiple billing system will get you every time. TV Commercials and NASCAR teams are very expensive to maintain so they need some form of never ending billing scheme in order to pay the bills. Past clients and readers of ours over the years tell us that Enzyte makes it very hard to cancel these subscriptions. Stay Clear.

Erectzan  - Hardazan, & Extenerex can only be found on the same review sites that actually own the products. Just don’t take our word for it as they tell you they are 100% compensated for the biased reviews at the top of the index page.. mind you the worlds smallest text.

Extagen -  Currently Under Review. We will keep you posted here so please check back if you are interested in this product.

Extenerex
  – Hardazan, & Erectzan can only be found on the same review sites that actually own the products. Just don’t take our word for it as they tell you they are 100% compensated for the biased reviews at the top of the index page.. mind you the worlds smallest text.

Ezerex – Unsubstantiated claims, Contains Yohimbe which is a dangerous herbal ingredient with FDA warnings.

Hardazan – Erectzan /Extenerex can only be found on the same review sites that actually own the products. Just don’t take our word for it as they tell you they are 100% compensated for the biased reviews at the top of the index page.. mind you the worlds smallest text.

Invigorex
– Expensive, weak guarantee, no medical proof and is a direct ripoff of the product of other well known brands.

Irexis
– No longer contains Yohimbe. Currently under review.

Longinexx / Naturally Huge - These two products can only be found on the 2 review sites; Sexpillguru.com and Ron-jeremy-reviews.com that are run by the makers of the products. The same company that sells these low grade products is the same company that has paid an old school celebrity porn star to be it’s spokesman. This is strange because the same porn star has also endorsed many of the other brands listed in the scam section of one of their own two fake review sites??  Our readers tell us that the product does not work as advertised and the claims made on the site are false. As a result we believe that the entire review site itself is 100% biased information. They also have fake lab reports and tell outright lies about the competition. More info about this scam can be found on the following website: www.sexpillscamsexposed.com but really why waste any more time with this? Stay clear of these guys and you will do just fine.

Magna-Rx
, Marathon 21 – Owned by the same company. We can only assume that Magna-Rx’s cheap ingredients have been passed on to the new product name called Marathon 21. Magna-Rx has had enough bad publicity in the past due to the lies and outrageous claims that it made in it’s advertising that I guess they have decided to rename it Marathon 21. At $10 a bottle it seems to be the same cheap product with the same cheap ingredients. So stay away. The product is also sold on a lot of fake business sites, beware of SCAMS!

Male Extra
– Performer 5 , Manufactured for a company out of the UK. There are way to many duplicate male Extra websites to tell which one is real and which one is fake. The product claims that it is the natural alternative to Viagra because it has pomegranate as one of its ingredients.  We are not sure about the claims that each serving per capsule is equivalent to 500 bottles of concentrated pomegranate juice????

Maxaman – Exaggerated, unsubstantiated claims. Usually found at the back end of low grade magazine

Maximum-Xe – Complete 100% scam. The website and the company behind this product is 100% bogus with respect to the claims of penis enlargement up to 5″.  They also offer a penis pump as part of the package which is clearly outdated technology. Stay Clear of this product.

Maxirex – 100% false claims and misleading information. This product comes from the makers of Vimax. We are not sure why the company would clean up the brand Vimax but still associate with this product in any way. When we have some more information then we will post it here.

Natural Gain Plus - Exaggerated, unsubstantiated claims. We could not find any key ingredients in the product that have to do with achieving male enhancement results.

Naturally Huge  / Longinexx  – These two products can only be found on the 2 review sites; Sexpillguru.com and Ron-jeremy-reviews.com that are run by the makers of the products. The same company that sells these low grade products is the same company that has paid an old school celebrity porn star to be it’s spokesman. Natural XL – Contains Yohimbe which is a dangerous herbal ingredient with FDA warnings. No mention of what the guarantee for the product can be found on the site.

ND12
 - Brand new product. Currently Under Review.

NeoSize xl – Incredibly crazy misleading claims.  There is nothing on the website that mentions anything about side effects which can put you at risk.

NoxySurge - Exaggerated, unsubstantiated claims. Claims no side effects which puts users at risk because some of the ingredients used are not risk free.

Orexis
– Contains Yohimbe which is a dangerous herbal ingredient with FDA warnings.

PenaTropin – Complete bogus product found only listed on the fake review sites that are also owned by the manufacturer of the product. The Porn star based review sites pretending to “endorse” this brand and others are completely fraudulent in every way.  100% biased information, false lab reports as well as fake clinical trials is all that you will find when doing a search for PenaTropin on Google.

PHGH RX- The name itself is a tongue twister. This is a brand new product and was recently spotted on a new blog website which is a complete mess leads us to believe that the same goes for the product. Stay clear of this one.

Prolatis –Exaggerated claims; reports of side effects.

Prolixus – Formulation not disclosed which leads us to believe that this product is a sham. We also found way to many complaints about the product after a full review.

ProPlus – One of the very first male enhancement products on the internet. We know because we reviewed it in 2003. The  website hasn’t changed in almost 10 years and the same bogus claims can be found on page one. There is no product in the world that can increase your penis size by 5 inches in 60 days or less!. Stay clear of this brand.

Pro-V – A flashy website won’t help this company get out from the lies and misleading claims found on its website. Claims of 3-4 inches of new found size and permanent penis enlargement are just a few of the crazy claims. Stay away from this brand.

RizerXl – From the makers of the Quick Extender penis extender. Rizer Xl appears to have all of the makings of a good male enhancement pill. However they claim that their pill can stop premature ejaculation because it contains the ingredient Muira Puama. If this were true then it would be safe to say that the top 4 pills on our site also stop premature ejaculation. I think we will get a little more scientific proof before we go ahead and make those claims.

Sinrex – Upon further review and extensive research we have become perplexed as to what exactly Sinrex does. The makers of Sinrex are claiming that the product does just about everything in an attempt to gain clients including suggesting that the product can help stop or cure prostate cancer. Some of the ingredients are known to be counter productive to setting a sensual atmosphere while others are known to leave users jittery and short tempered. We recommend trying one of the other top products on the market.

SizePro – Website claims are over the top with no proof. They have changed their ordering to the free trial system. It appears that the product can only be found on porn sites.

Triverex – Free trial offer. Auto bill nightmare. Stay away from any free trial website. Also the fact that they suggest the need to take 2-3 pills a day leaves us wondering what exactly is in this product.

Viacyn – No official website, no customer reviews available. Misleading claims and side effects not listed.

Vicerex – This looks like a pill designed to be sold to men who drink… a lot. The piddly 30 day guarantee leaves much to be desired and the unusual side effects warn us to stay away from this brand.

Vigor-25 – There is no official website, suspected SCAM!

Vimax - Vimax has been around for years and used to be listed on every review site found on the internet. We used to list the brand in our top 5 until they insisted that the product when used on its own gave permanent results which is not true. We heard that it was also shortly banned from Google due inaccurate claims found on its website. It appears that they are back in action with an all new website although the ingredients have been altered. Every key ingredient required for male enhancement is missing.  They also claim that the product has no side effects which is fair to say  considering there are no ‘effective ingredients” listed.

Virectin – Website claims to be as good as Viagra and that the ingredients are “pharmaceutical” grade ingredients. This immediately throws up a red flag for us as misleading claims. However it appears that the ingredients listed on the website are what we would suggest as being a good start. The 60 day guarantee is not as good as our top rated products and the lack of “side effects” listed on the site keeps it from being in our top 10.

Virility Ex – Free Trial Scam. Auto bill nightmare. This product has been found marketed on shady websites (porn sites) for the last 8 years. It was originally a knock off a better product called Virility-Rx which has since changed it’s brand. There are no ingredient listed on the official site which throws up red flags all over the place. Stay clear of this product.

Viswiss – Contains Yohimbe, FDA warnings. Compares itself to Viagra ,Cialis and Levitra which are drugs not herbal products. Makes us wonder what exactly is in the product even though the ingredients are listed on the site. They claim that the product is safe yet it contains Yohimbe.

VPXL – This product has been known to be promoted illegally, changes names, suspected SCAM!

Vydox - Contains Yohimbe which is a dangerous herbal ingredient with FDA warnings. The website says that it is endorsed  by a PGA golfer which we guess is more credible than a porn star. Extremely expensive product at almost double the price of any other brand with the same ingredients.

Xanogen - Xytomax, Endowmax. These products can be found listed on a review site that used to list the same brands that we list but for some reason they have now decided to replace them with new ones that they created themselves & actually own! Customers report unreliable results.

Xytomax, Xanogen, Endowmax- These products can be found listed on a review site that used to list the same brands that we list but for some reason they have now decided to replace them with new ones that they created themselves & actually own! Customers report unreliable results.

Zenerect – The website looks professional and the doctor’s on site video sounds pleasing. However there is no where on the website that lists his credentials or clinical data that backs up the claims of being an alternative to Viagra.  The site also does not list any side effects which suggest that the marketing is misleading.

Zenerx – This brand can only be found on the same review sites that actually own the product. We did find out that they have an affiliate program so we are currently investigating other review sites to see if those sites have any biased opinions toward the product being that they could be affiliated with the manufacturer. Other than that the product looks good at first glance. We will keep you posted once we research the product in detail.

ZyGain – ZyGain has been available for about 7 years now and has remained ranked in our top 5 product list for the last 3 years.  The ingredients are high quality and the side effects if any are listed. We currently list the extender device manufactured for ZyGain called ZyGain Complete as our best extender system. The 180 day money back guarantee that is offered with the ZyGain pills is the best in the industry. Full Review

Zytenz – Coming Soon. We are currently evaluating this product. So far it appears to have a weak formula and is way to cheap which suggests that it contains low quality ingredients.

Don’t Believe the Hype! Just Because You See it on a “review” site doesn’t mean it works!

Every day we have readers asking the question: Why don’t you list the products that can be found on those other review sites?

We rank the products on our site based on customer and client feedback. We get hundreds of emails daily via our contact us page from clients who have tried almost everything on the market. If they have had success then we post it on our “top rated products” pages, but if they have nothing but complaints then we post it on our “do not buy” page (which is coming soon) as a possible rip-off or even an outright scam.
We have also uncovered the fact that most of the brands listed on review sites are actually owned by the same company that runs the review site! Please keep in mind that we do not own any of the products that we list.
The majority of  review sites are outrageous with respect to their claims. Most importantly you have to be aware that about 99% of them are 100% biased.
